Wara holds a full license to practice Thai law and is certified as a Notary Public — one of the few credentials that allows her to authenticate documents that carry legal weight both in Thailand and internationally.
With years of experience in Thai property law, she has guided hundreds of transactions involving foreign buyers: due diligence reviews, title deed verification, lease and purchase agreements, company structures, and more.
